Dr BASRALIAN besides being extremely knowledgeable makes me feel completely relaxed during the visit he listens checks my info and does not rush the visit extremely personable human being that is why I travel 100 miles to see him. Also the staff is extremely personable

Dr. Basralian has been in charge of my health for several years now and he is so wonderful. He has helped me get through cancer and I really just adore him. I just adore him. He's so wonderful and so smart and he explains everything so carefully and knowing that I'm not so medical and would understand, he's made it very to me what was going on and I appreciate I appreciate him very much.

It's a shame that Hackensack Meridian has this office scheduling patients every 10 minutes. Dr. Basralian had 20 patients to deal with within a two hour period. There is no way a dr. can spend quality time with a patient within that short period of time. I waited approximately an HOUR to get inside the examining room at which point I was told my bladder cancer had returned. Hopefully when I go back for my next procedure, I will not have to go through this again. I love Dr. Basralian and have no intentions of switching physicians, but maybe further consideration should be given to the Drs and their patients in order to solve this problem. I know it's all about the money but maybe someone needs to take staff and patients into consideration instead of the almighty dollar!

Dr. Basralian performed an Optilume procedure on a urethral stricture that I've been burdened with for many years. The procedure appears to be quite successful and I am very satisfied with his work and the professional support of Hackensack Hospital.

Forward the required new patient paperwork sooner than the week prior since it was lengthy. Inform the patient how to transmit their medical records to appear in their 'my chart' for the Dr to review. It would be great if more hospitals would provide a larger linking network with other health institutions to share patient information across platforms.
