I think you should have more people answering the phones because every time I call I’m on hold for 7 to 10 minutes and sometimes I’m even disconnected and have to call back this has happened every time I call you need more help for the answering the phones

only negative was the time it took to see the dr. the appointment was at 10am, didnt get in until 1105.
