My recent urgent visit to Virtual Moorestown Family Physicians was outstanding. K. Anderson PA was fantastic, and the front office and medical team handled everything with remarkable efficiency and professionalism. They turned an urgent need into a truly positive experience. Highly recommend for their quick response. Same day received an appointment. Wow! That was so important before a weekend.

I needed a quick appointment and they got me in in a very timely manner. The lady who scheduled me was very helpful and patient. I appreciated everyone's help in getting my appointment. The doctor I saw was new to me but she was very nice.

I appreciate The availability of evening appointments. This healthcare provider was prepared and patient with my questions. I left feeling like I had a thorough physical and review of my blood work. I did not feel rushed and appreciated her casual yet engaged demeanor. She put me at ease.

Hi, this is [PHI]. I just want to say how grateful I am that Kerry and her staff got me in immediately, got me my antibiotics for my UTI, and I'm doing so much better. I don't know what I would have done if they didn't get me right in, and I appreciate it, and I look forward, hopefully not, won't see them in the near future, but I look forward to when I'm sick again, seeing them. Thank you.

I needed to see someone asap for severe abdomen pain and I got in the same day.

I think she should have ordered labs or imaging since Cortisone shots in both of my hips were not successful. She sent me to the store for over the counter creams and Aleve. After telling her that those were not helping. Then she suggested I use Naproxen, which would elevated my blood pressure, which was already elevated. I have no faith in her nor will I ever see Mrs. Anderson again.

I had difficulty scheduling my appointment because it was due to a bus accident that I was involved in. So there was a delay. No one would see me unless I had a claim number from Disney for the accident. And I found that that was really unacceptable that I had to wait longer. And now my physical therapy has been postponed because you're still looking for another claim number from my health insurance, my auto insurance. I'm very unhappy and as far as Kerry's concerned, she was wonderful. But this issue with insurance has really soured me, my whole experience. Thank you.

Kerry Anderson, P.A., was great. She listened to me and prescribed a course of treatment. I will follow up after I have taken the last of my steroids and let her know how I am feeling, so we can plan my care going forward.

The doctor was exceptional when she saw me. She was very patient. She was very resilient. And she tried different strategies to help me alleviate the situation I was going through. I would highly recommend her. She was exceptional. She was excellent. She was awesome.

The Medical Assistant provided assurances on the visit I did not expect; and in a good way. Explained what was needed for forms for school and what would happen before the PA came in and completed the visit.
