Arrived a few min early but was also taken early - a plus. Always smiling when door opens and she walks in - needed that. All questions answered and happy w/my results and will continue w/more healthy eating in regards to blood.

The staff was very nice, however I was not impressed on the treatment I received from Kerry Anderson. I expressed to her that I was concerned about my weight, I had to ASK if there any medication I could go on to lower my blood pressure. If I had not asked she would not have suggested it. I asked her if I could go on a GLP, she said my BMI was not high enough and that I would have to come back for another appointment to discuss, this was very disheartening because I was there for a physical. I filled out the survey and said that I was concerned about my weight and it was not addressed until I brought it up. Why are we filling out these forms if the providers are not addressing the concerns. I would prefer not to see her again. She is a very monotone person.

If anyone listens to this, you really need to stop having an IVR and you really need to use AI. It's 2026. It's not 2010 anymore. And these press this button, press this button and I can't hear the response. That's pretty old school.

IT went very well. I couldn't see my regular doctor, but his back-up did very well. I have seen her before. She gave me some suggestions on a Gastro-paresis diet.

I've had this office since I was 6. The new center is ok, but I miss when this provider was its own entity and called MT.laurel family physicians. Was a small office on Ark rd in MT.laurel. Was a nicer experience in the mid 90's. Don't like the huge hospital atmosphere it resembles now. Other wise it's ok.
