Dr. Falk is very kind. He is very patient. He remembers my concerns and he addresses all of them. I feel very comfortable having him as my surgeon and I am grateful that he is my surgeon and I like his nurse and I've had a good experience as these things go given the situation.

Dr Falk is professional and kind in his interaction. He explains everything and answers all questions. He’s awesome health care provider!! I appreciate him as a doctor and as a kind person.

Dr. Falk is a fantastic doctor, with a great personality. Patients do not often experience both with their medical provider and/or their medical care. I would definitely recommend Doctor to family and friends.

The whole office is very up beat. Dr. Falk and staff are professional and kind and try very hard to make you comfortable in the exam room for this procedure. I would highly recommend his office.

Dr. Falk was the most amazing doctor I've ever had. The last time I was at that facility, I saw a doctor a few times that made me give up on trying to figure out what was going on with me. In one appointment, this doctor redeemed medicine for me. So thank you.

Dr Falk was excellent. I felt very at ease with him and his assistant. He was friendly but very professional and knowledgeable. I’m very happy he was able to take me as a patient.

I really liked Dr Falk and the nurse they were attentive and answered all my questions . And also the doctor was able to figure why. I. Itched so bad and got the right medicine to treat it. I’ve seen 3 other drs who didn’t know. I am very grateful.

I think all the staff was really nice and I have recommended somebody else to go in there. It's my mom and she has an appointment on the 13th.

It was a little confusing upon entering the waiting room, not to know where to check in exactly. Again when I left, I missed where to make another appointment, and sort of lurked around the desk until someone asked if I needed an appointment. Not huge, but a small sign: "wait here to check in/out" may have helped.

Dr Falk and his team were kind, courteous, and professional. Dr Falk took the time to listen and explained the treatment options available to me clearly. I never felt rushed or like he was in a hurry to get to the next patient. I am so impressed with the entire team at Renown Women’s Health. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The facility is always clean and nice. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. And the main thing is Dr. Falk is always very kind and helpful, listens, gives information, explains things thoroughly. He is the best and I truly appreciate him. So thank you.

Everyone was so very friendly from the time I walked into the office. There was no wait once I was checked in. I did not have to wait to see Dr Falk, he has always been punctual, informative and caring. He has always explained everything and makes certain you understand his explanations and treatment. I would recommend Dr. Falk and the Women's Clinic to all family and friends.

He was really good and offered options for me, which were helpful. The one thing that concerned me however, was the fact that his Bio on the Renown website said he's a high volume surgeon. That might sound good to Renown and other employers, but for patients looking for an all-around euro-gynecology expert, his Bio might be better served by saying he's an "experienced surgeon" vs. a "high volume surgeon." High volume makes him sound hike he's after money instead of the sense I got from him--he's looking for the options that will provide the patient with the best results.

Staff should introduce themselves to the patient. All the at Dr. Falk’s office introduced themselves. Vivian at Check In at North Las Altos was more than kind and respectful.

Dr. Falk has been a godsend. He listens, is sympathetic, never condescending and his instillation treatments have helped me tremendously. Plus he has made other good recommendations regarding supplements and PT. His entire staff is great. I also see Dr. [ ] for regular gynecology checks and she is also great.

Dr. Falk was extremely informative and provided me with information that was applicable to my condition. He took the time to listen to me and didn’t just rush in and leave. His medical assistant was also very engaged, respectful and kept me comfortable. It was a very positive visit.
