I came with a very bad eyelids inflammation and he looks his time to check my eyes carefully and gave me the perfect treatment. Because of his expertise and treatment I feel much better

I enjoy my appointment at Dr Chen's office every year. He is personable and knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all questions. It doesn't hurt that he calls me young all the time, too!

Dr. Chen is a great doctor. He did a great job checking my eyes and recommending a retina specialist I only wish the surgeon would do his surgeries in Frederick or Westminster. We know nothing about Towson. I really like Dr Chen he is personable and professional and a topnotch eye doctor. Highly recommend him
