Everyone is most helpful and pleasant here. The atmosphere is good and everyone at the front desk is awesome and friendly. I feel like I have new friends who understand what we are all going through on the other side of that desk. Thank you for everything you all have done for me.

He could have explained things in layman's terms & slower. I could barely understand what he was saying because he was talking so fast & using all medical terminology I didn't understand
