I had a great urgent care experience, I felt like the PA was actually trying to help me rather than just getting me out of there. He made sure I had a plan that was fitting for my injury and I appreciate his expertise and commitment to my care.

This was my first treatment given for my arthritis and so far no complaints. . Kenneth Kinnan was very patient and explained my condition to my understanding. I was given an injection.

I did not like PA. I felt like he did not give us the time of day and he did not explain. I felt like he rushed us in and rushed us out.

Everyone is a great individual and I am highly pleased with Ken Kinnan, et al.
Ken helped prepare me for the next step in my knee recovery. St. Luke's is the very best in KC and Rockhill personnel are a credit to St Luke's East.
