I rarely have worked with medical professionals that are as devoted to working on improving my condition. This has been a lifelong issue that I’ve been trying to figure out and mostly accepted my condition. I really do appreciate their concern to get me in a better place.

Provider was personable and professional, seemed to be prepared for the visit. Recommendations made are working, though it took a couple of nights to complete comfortable adjustments to CPAP.

Nurse Brown was very interested in my experience in using my CPAP, other doctors, how much sleep I am getting and quality of sleep. We talked about my hypersomnolense and taking naps.

Hi there. I felt that the healthcare that I was provided was excellent. I felt that I was heard. The supporting staff and nurses that saw me were professional and very, very fast and explained everything that I had questions for and took time out to actually help me get the best care I could. I would like to thank the receptionist Cory at check in. He went the extra mile for me.. I was unable to print some notes I had written to discuss with my nurse practitioner. And he typed up some notes for me, so I would be better prepared for my meeting. I really hope you realize how special he is.!

The receptionist at the front desk who checked me in was so kind and efficient. He is definitely an asset to Renown Sleep Medicine. I really felt comfortable with Nurse Practitioner Kenneth Brown A.P.R.N. He was informative, helped me understand my specific situation, and was very professional. I would definitely book appointments with him again.

When I walk in the male receptionist knows me and call me by my name, then KEN is awesome, he listens to me carefully gives me advises on how to use my mask.

I called on the medical assistant afterward & she was helpful in directing me to a sleep study site.
I also received a call from a supplier whose name I do not recognize. I assume it is still Lincare & they did call me.
