Kenneth Brown made some adjustments to my machine and contacts me on mychart to check and see if further adjustments are needed. This speeds up the process of getting the machine dialed into my specific needs. Since Renown [ ] appointments are usually booked up far in advance and quick turn arround on appointments is [ ].

Kenneth Brown was exemplary. He knew my pertinent history and, since it had been so long, he knew I was eligible for a new BiPAP machine. He submitted an order for a new machine to a local respiratory DME company that he had had good response from.

The person that helped me get this appointment and put me on the wait list to get a appointment sooner than they could regularly schedule it. The new funtionality of My Chart that notifies of an earlier appointment possibility available and allows me to accept it!!
