In reviewing the clinical notes in My Chart I did not see that I have a pacemaker. I don't know if Dr. Sun did not include my procedure before he left. When I am seen by different doctors I thought my history would make them aware I have a pacemaker. He did not seem to know I h ad a pacemaker until I told him I had one implanted in October of last year.

Kenneth, was and is a wonderful person, understood all my concerns and very clearly explained my questions, Went an extra mile in telling me which masks would be more suitable for me. After I left the office I went to APRIA and asked for the masks I was suggested to use, I came home tried them on and that night I use the one that fit me better, for the first time I slept for 6 hours straight. THANK YOU Kenneth.

They were very friendly overall and helped me get to Telehealth thing set up on my on my cell phone and I think it will make things very much easier trying to make contact with the pulmonology Department overall a good experience

It is extremely difficult, if not impossible, to get messages to the provider, specialist. I can send a message through my designated general practitioner, primary care, but the amount of space available for a written message is extremely limited. I do not have enough space to explain why the treatment is working or why it is not working.

I don’t recommend medical facilities to friends and families, their own medical professionals do. We all go where we’re told to.

I can't say enough positive things about PA Ken Brown. He knows my history and proceeds accordingly. He takes necessary tests to get answers to issues and will make changes as necessary. He learned that a BIPAP would serve me better than a CPAP and he was right. Big improvements since switching. I am more than pleased Ken Brown is my provider.

From reception, where the gentleman who admitted or took my information, who was absolutely efficient, cheerful, and professional, to Kenny Brown, who went through my information carefully, verified everything for me, followed through with all procedures as needed, and sent the order for my supplies. He did, he is great. He has a great professional personality. Now, what am I supposed to do? I'm done.
