I got an appointment with short notice. They saw me right away at the Dr’s office.

I can't say enough positive things about PA Ken Brown. He knows my history and proceeds accordingly. He takes necessary tests to get answers to issues and will make changes as necessary. He learned that a BIPAP would serve me better than a CPAP and he was right. Big improvements since switching. I am more than pleased Ken Brown is my provider.

From reception, where the gentleman who admitted or took my information, who was absolutely efficient, cheerful, and professional, to Kenny Brown, who went through my information carefully, verified everything for me, followed through with all procedures as needed, and sent the order for my supplies. He did, he is great. He has a great professional personality. Now, what am I supposed to do? I'm done.

Well run organization at Renown. . .don't change it! All departments I frequent are spectacular! I know I can count on Renown to meet my needs from urgent care to specialties such as cardiology, sleep/pulmonary! Thank you for being there!

From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor very well taken. My husband and I got all of our questions answered. We were very thankful and very aware of to see procedures that will be taking place for my care we were very satisfied thank you for the best care.
