This office is the best ever, Every face had a smile, friendly, compassionate, thoughtful on and on! I'm so glad I was referred to this office. Dr has a great personality and very clear on what he was telling me. I give this office a 10+

I think Dr. Son is really exceptional, and I am sorry that he is leaving the practice. He gets an A+ on empathy, IMO, which is not all that common among doctors.

Definitely the location. I recommended my neighbor to come to the office after he was directed to go to Jacksonville. So sorry to see Dr Son go. Best wishes on retirement or relocation.

DR. SON IS FANTASTIC!!!! I'm very sorry to hear that Baptist has not renewed his contract and he will be leaving in August. With that being said I will be leaving Baptist Urology!He helped me greatly in getting thru my bladder cancer, he was very comforting to my wife.Dr. Son contacted Dr. Ackermen directly to set up my treatment.AND NOW DR. Poor placement of catheter and inability to contact the doctor for problems are the things to make right.Doctor has great personality...very likeable!But as a patient I am unable to contact him...his receptionist keeps him incommunicado .Very frustrating!!
