Your organization could learn from Joanne. She still has that much needed human interaction with her patients. It has become apparent to me that trinity has embraced the assembly line mentality when dealing with patients. Giving providers limited time to spend with their patients. This is definitely obvious to everyone who has to seek health care.

Although I wasn’t happy about not getting in to the Agawam location. I have to say I was very happy with the level of service this location provided.

This was my first time ever going to an Urgent Care facility because my Provider at Riverbend in agawam had no openings until June. They recommended me this facility. I am so glad. Great PA and her staff
