I'd highly rate this provider; my earlier response about accessing the care I needed wasn't a function of the provider, but the bureaucracy at Trinity.

This was my first time ever going to an Urgent Care facility because my Provider at Riverbend in agawam had no openings until June. They recommended me this facility. I am so glad. Great PA and her staff
