From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and well cared for. The front desk staff was friendly, efficient, and respectful of my time, which immediately set a positive tone for the entire visit. The environment was clean, calm, and professional, which helped ease any nerves I had walking in. Dr. Gamble-Webb exceeded my expectations in every way. She took the time to actively listen to my concerns without rushing through the appointment. What stood out most was how thoroughly she explained my condition, the treatment options available, and what each path would look like moving forward. She made sure I fully understood each option by breaking everything down in a way that was easy to follow, which made me feel truly involved in my care decisions.
