I had a wait of over a half hour to see the provider, but she did a good job, was respectful, and made sure my questions were answered.

What else would you like to say about your experience?
Only to remember that most patients are not in the medical field. So it would be nice if we were given explanations that can be understood. If I was to explain a vehicle diagnosis only in the terms a mechanic knows. There’s a good chance the customer will be lost and confused. The patient should never have to go to google to understand what is going on.

Dr Neville is a great surgeon as well as good person,I know I am in good hands with him the office staff is friendly and helpful,only surgeon I've ever met that is not cold and distant

Liz is always great always explaining what’s going on and listening to the patient to see if there’s anything outside of what visual is going on with the patient and I count her as extraordinary
