Anna listened carefully and immediately offered a way forward that could make all the difference in the world. I am confident in her abilities and for the first time in almost 3 years, I have hope!

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I've been nurse practitioner, Anna Kimner, twice now and both times I've had a great experience and she is just a very caring, compassionate, humorous medical professional and I appreciate that very much and I will continue to go to her and tell everyone that I know that has to go to a gastroperson to I will recommend her.

Best experience I have ever had. Everyone was extra friendly & professional. My visit made my day, I felt heard & loved Anna Kemner’s bedside manner. Highly recommend & I will continue as a patient for as long as they are in practice ! Love !

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I found it a great experience. I brought my husband with me and she explained everything to us and any questions I had, he would listen to. Told me what to do, what to take in amounts. We relaxed fiber, metafiber, and so I found it very enjoyable and helpful.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Anna was simply amazing. I have never felt so listened to and understood. I could tell she read over my file prior to my appointment. She communicated with me and explained my condition in a way in which a lay person could understand. I feel safe and secure in the knowledge I have a practitioner that is truly passionate about the care and well being of of her patients.

Anna was beyond fantastic. Professional, thorough, and honest. I felt so heard for the first time in this situation and knew just the steps to take.

Anna was exceptional. She put me at ease and knew exactly what I was experiencing and what the options for course of treatment. She helped with decreasing stress about what to do Snd how quickly we could do this. She’s amazing. Keep Anna no matter what!!! Great team of professionals!

From my first visit Anna has been the most helpful out of anyone I have ever seen. I have been dealing with this problem for 16 years and she has tried so hard to help me find answers. She listens, she believes me and it is so refreshing after what I have gone through the last 16 years.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Anna Kemner was thorough & direct. She helped me feel validated about my concerns & hopeful about treatment. She was respectful & courteous. She seem to get the fact that I had been waiting months for treatment. She saved me from waiting to undergo unnecessary testing before initiating treatment. She spoke very highly of the doctor who will be performing my colonoscopy. I feel more confident that she will respond to my communication on Mychart.

Excellent care provided by Anna! Very helpful and understanding. Great personality that makes one feel comfortable discussing medical issues.

Really, nothing. Wish you had a system to nominate for recognition your caregivers. My now favorite BJC Caregiver!

Anna Kemner made my day. I’ve lost weight and she was possibly more excited than I was!!! And I’m pretty excited about it.

This woman should be given an award and recognized for her excellence. She is the model that all medical professionals should strive to be. She read my chart. Praise God. She actually read my chart. This is first medical professional that has. My health history is a lot. This is first person to treat me with respect. Listen to me. And actually treat my physical. I love her. Please give her an award and recognize her excellence. I don’t praise medical professionals often.

Seriously please recognize this woman for her excellence. She deserves it.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Everyone was wonderful. Of course things went great with Anna as usual! She is literally my favorite doctor ( NP) . I have a complex medical history and see lots of doctors and she is my favorite by far! She really listens to me and uses her education/experience to help me in so many ways. She knows I have a lot of health anxiety because I just lost my sister to cancer and she goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and heard with my treatments. She even referred me to a liver specialist and came to find out that Anna was being even more thorough than the specialist - so just sticking with Anna! I hope she remains my NP throughout my entire liver disease journey!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Absolutely nothing needs to be improved in my opinion !!! Like I said up top, I see a lot of doctors these days and this is the only office that I go to and leave with hope for good health in the future and with a smile on my face !!!!

It was clear that Anna had researched my notes before my appointment and was up to date on my situation. She gave me her full attention and listened to all my concerns. I am going through a challenging time and Anna made me feel cared for and I felt at peace when I left that she will take care of me and be by my side as I recover. She really is the best.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr.Kemner took the time with me as though I were the only patient in the office. She was very detailed in her advise and directions for colon care. Before I came into the office she returned my calls and listened to my concerns, consequently, she squeezed me into her very busy schedule. I really appreciate Dr. Kemner and am fortunate to to be under her care.

The care was superb. They knew who I was and asked what I really needed and helped me work to that end. Anna is the most personable medical care giver I have ever experienced. Since I am 82 that is a lot of people over the years.

Nurse practitioner Anna Kenner was absolutely wonderful. Very helpful. She listened she shows she cared very informative. We are very happy with her.

We would do nothing to improve our Care. She was wonderful everybody up there in the office was very wonderful. I would not change a thing.
