ANNA KEMNER NP is VERY THOROUGH in explaining everything from the procedure Dr. did and the results of pathology report and then detailed everything I needed to get back to good health. She was so PATIENT and kind with all my numerous questions. I felt so relieved and in better control what I needed to do in the future. They make a wonderful team and have the interest in the welfare of their patients.

The nurse practitioner, Anna, was superb. She was very knowledgeable and took her time with me and answered all my questions. She created a treatment plan that made me feel comfortable and taken care of.

Anna began by synopsizing my moderately long record in a concise manner for the layman. Knowing that she took the time to read it before my arrival is most appreciated. She even noted one procedure my prior Texas gastroenterologist had done during my last endoscopy I was not aware of. I had a couple of concerns and she quickly put them to rest. I had prepared a full (typed) page of concerns and questions. Besides allaying my fears, she made some salient recommendations. She reiterated that any time I had a question, to contact her by My Chart, and she or Dr. would come back to me quickly. In addition to her technical expertise, she was most congenial and pleasant. I have never been "rushed" out of a doctor's examining room, but more often than not, you can tell when the doctor is finished. Anna explained her plan and then took a sheet of paper and set it all out in (legible) plain English. The entire visit was a little better than excellent.

I had a very pleasant experience !!! Anna K. was so kind, helpful, insightful, open minded, and professional!!! She made me feel very comfortable and she really listened to the concerns I had !!! Probably one of my best doctor appointments ever. I was seen almost immediately after I arrived. Overall it was a great experience and I can't wait to continue to work with this wonderful medical team!!!

Anna Kemler went above and beyond. She was warm, very smart, explained things well, eased my fears, recommended next steps, and discussed follow up plans. She even called me immediately, and on her day off, with test results. Anna made me feel like I was her most important patient. I'm very grateful.

I can't say enough good things about Anna. She fit me into her busy schedule. She listens extremely well, is empathetic, kind, and caring. She is quite bright and knows her specialty. She explained what she thought was the problem and what we were going to do to check out her theory. She called me later that night, from her home, to give me the results of the cat scan and to write and submit prescriptions. She's extraordinary.

Anna Kemner has amazing bedside manner. She took time with me, listened, reassured, provided courses of action, etc. I was upset about my condition & felt 100% better after my appt. with Anna.

Anna considered other medical issues I have and was able to recommend a new treatment that can improve several medical problems, not just the gastric issues. I really appreciate how she considered all of my medical history with her care plan.

NP Anna K thoroughly explained what was happening to me and why. The way she did this put me totally at ease about my concerns. The calm way she talked made me feel cared about as a person. Plus going the extra touch by saying she was going to call me in a couple weeks to see how I'm doing and to contact her any time with concerns. I felt very comfortable being in such capable hands.
