Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
This woman should be given an award and recognized for her excellence. She is the model that all medical professionals should strive to be. She read my chart. Praise God. She actually read my chart. This is first medical professional that has. My health history is a lot. This is first person to treat me with respect. Listen to me. And actually treat my physical. I love her. Please give her an award and recognize her excellence. I don’t praise medical professionals often.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Seriously please recognize this woman for her excellence. She deserves it.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Everyone was wonderful. Of course things went great with Anna as usual! She is literally my favorite doctor ( NP) . I have a complex medical history and see lots of doctors and she is my favorite by far! She really listens to me and uses her education/experience to help me in so many ways. She knows I have a lot of health anxiety because I just lost my sister to cancer and she goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable and heard with my treatments. She even referred me to a liver specialist and came to find out that Anna was being even more thorough than the specialist - so just sticking with Anna! I hope she remains my NP throughout my entire liver disease journey!
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Absolutely nothing needs to be improved in my opinion !!! Like I said up top, I see a lot of doctors these days and this is the only office that I go to and leave with hope for good health in the future and with a smile on my face !!!!

Anna was fantastic. She gave me advice on natural treatments that I wanted and she provided me her phone number so I could give her updates.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
It was clear that Anna had researched my notes before my appointment and was up to date on my situation. She gave me her full attention and listened to all my concerns. I am going through a challenging time and Anna made me feel cared for and I felt at peace when I left that she will take care of me and be by my side as I recover. She really is the best.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr.Kemner took the time with me as though I were the only patient in the office. She was very detailed in her advise and directions for colon care. Before I came into the office she returned my calls and listened to my concerns, consequently, she squeezed me into her very busy schedule. I really appreciate Dr. Kemner and am fortunate to to be under her care.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
I really don't have any complaints.

The care was superb. They knew who I was and asked what I really needed and helped me work to that end. Anna is the most personable medical care giver I have ever experienced. Since I am 82 that is a lot of people over the years.

Nurse practitioner Anna Kenner was absolutely wonderful. Very helpful. She listened she shows she cared very informative. We are very happy with her.

We would do nothing to improve our Care. She was wonderful everybody up there in the office was very wonderful. I would not change a thing.

Everyone was excellent. Everyone was helpful. I especially appreciated seeing Anna. I had a lot of questions and serious concerns and her answers were able to calm them.

The NP – Anna – was extraordinary in her focus on me as a patient and involving me in the process of discovery of my condition. This is why I like NPs.

Anna made me feel at ease in transitioning from the Dr to her to manage my care. This health condition has almost lead to my death so as you could assume I have had much anxiety around my care management.

Anna and staff were outstanding. They were personable and professional. They were very empathetic. I felt very comfortable speaking with them. Anna explained my condition very well and I feel confident the plan of action will work.

Anna Kemner went into complete detail regarding my issues….showing me recent scan of my abdomen and 2 previous X-rays….identifying the lower back pain and offered so many helpful tips and ideas to get through this painful situation- Anna is empathetic and brilliant in her profession!

Anna kemner was an amazing doctor she listened to what I had to say and gave me options about treatment and gave the best clinical advice she thought to give. It was my first visit but I am already feeling better about my future with my health and life.

Anna always makes me feel welcome, comfortable, and heard. She deals with my medical anxiety that has gotten bad. She validates my pain and fears, but encourages me to stay positive and take care of myself. She encourages me to take my health seriously but allows me to have grace for myself at the same time.

Staff was very friendly and seemed interested in my care. Anna Kemner NP was very professional. She was friendly while giving me enough time to ask questions. She provided me with important info leading up to scheduling a colonoscopy. Very happy with my visit to establish care with this gastroentology group.

Anna Kemner is an excellent practitioner and her knowledge and expertise was excellent. Her ability to make patients feel comfortable in discussing a difficult medical condition was very much appreciated. That being said, the interaction with all staff was excellent.

Anna knew all about my lengthy hospital stay - she had read all of my records from that situation before my appointment. That was great for me, as I did not have to go back and remember all those details !! Thanks, Anna . . .

Anna Kemner is the most compassionate, knowledgeable, and caring Nurse Practitioner I’ve ever encountered since receiving medical care in last last few years. She took the time to really listen to my Issues and knew how to treat them!

I thought Ms. Kemner was very helpful by explaining the blood work results which I brought with me from my PCP. She also provided options and opinions on current and future additional tests. I thought this was a very good visit.

Anna’s communication skills were outstanding. She explained what the medical issue was in both medical terms and then was able to explain it in such a way I could clearly understand. Anna was very personable and had phenomenal bedside manner. I felt very comfortable with her and she changed my opinion of nurse practitioners. I was very impressed with her as a medical professional. She provided samples for the colonoscopy prep. This was very much appreciated. Anna relates well to patients.
