Dr. West goes above and beyond to provide excellent care for me. She listens and discusses treatment with me. She exudes such a positive vibe and is always searching for books, podcasts, menus to help me be all I can be. BUT don't tell anyone how fabulous she is because then I will never be able to get an appointment with her!

Dr. West took plenty of time with me and listened carefully. She answered all of my questions, followed up on promised after visit resources, and dealt quickly with a pharmacy issue on a new prescription.

Everything. Everybody in this practice from the desk staff, to nurses, to the drs, everybody goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, listened to and heard. All messages and phone calls were replied to within minutes and a Dr always replied within a few hours or less. I have been to a lot of drs all over the place and this is by far the BEST I have ever been to. Hands down. I cannot express how thankful and grateful I am for all of them

Kelsey has always treated me with kindness and interest. She explains EVERYTHING so I can understand it. She gives me options and explains each one. She has never made me feel inferior ands takes time to really find out what is bothering me. I have never felt hurried by her. She is the best doctor I've ever had. I came to her after a horrible experience with another doctor and she is everything they were not. I've never been happier and trust her with my life.

Everything, so patient and kind. Answers all my questions even if they seem silly to me. Always accommodating if I can’t make an in person visit, or have to change at the last minute. Answers portal messages almost immediately, or medical assistant does (which are wonderful as well) every single provider and medical assistant that I have see.n are simply amazing in every way. Greatly appreciate them.
