Dr West is the most thorough, professional, and competent doctor I've ever visited. At 71 I have experienced quite a few different physicians, so I don't make that comment lightly. She's so kind and she always listens to everything i have to say. She the finest doctor I know.

The student doctor was also amazing they really helped to discuss everything and make sure I was in a place that felt safe and welcoming. The general doctor was also very understanding of my phobias of needles and went over howI can get the needed shots ongoing.

The doctor appointment was my first with Dr West. She pleasantly greeted me and asked how I was. I provided her with my current symptoms and also provided her a verbal history of my medical history. She listened attentively and asked appropriate questions during the conversations. She was caring and we agreed on the next steps. I was pleased with her professionalism and caring attitude.

Dr. West is one of the best doctors I have seen. She listens and gives me choices about my health. She never forces anything, just advices me the best results from my medical history. She answers my chart questions on a regular basis, when needed immediately. Very professional & courteous.

Dr. West was great. It was my first time seeing her and I greatly appreciated that she had taken the time to thoroughly read my chart before meeting me. She knew exactly what was going on with me and my recent DVT. She took the amount of time I needed to understand the DVT and its treatment and to show me a visual of where it was. She was warm and caring. Truly a great first experience.
