Dr. West was great. It was my first time seeing her and I greatly appreciated that she had taken the time to thoroughly read my chart before meeting me. She knew exactly what was going on with me and my recent DVT. She took the amount of time I needed to understand the DVT and its treatment and to show me a visual of where it was. She was warm and caring. Truly a great first experience.

Dr. West goes above and beyond to provide excellent care for me. She listens and discusses treatment with me. She exudes such a positive vibe and is always searching for books, podcasts, menus to help me be all I can be. BUT don't tell anyone how fabulous she is because then I will never be able to get an appointment with her!

Everything. Everybody in this practice from the desk staff, to nurses, to the drs, everybody goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, listened to and heard. All messages and phone calls were replied to within minutes and a Dr always replied within a few hours or less. I have been to a lot of drs all over the place and this is by far the BEST I have ever been to. Hands down. I cannot express how thankful and grateful I am for all of them
