Everything, so patient and kind. Answers all my questions even if they seem silly to me. Always accommodating if I can’t make an in person visit, or have to change at the last minute. Answers portal messages almost immediately, or medical assistant does (which are wonderful as well) every single provider and medical assistant that I have see.n are simply amazing in every way. Greatly appreciate them.

Dr. West was very thorough in explaining my results and if there was any other options I should consider as well. The best Dr. I have ever experienced so far.

Dr West always listens and then asks questions. She takes the time to allow me to explain whatever I need to talk about. She doesn’t rush me .

Dr. Kelsey West is the most caring, considerate, outside of the box thinker, and knowledgeable doctor that I have ever met; Renown does not accept my Medicare advantage plan any more so I am now cash pay which I will do to be able to continue my care under Dr. West. BUT shhhhhh don't tell others or I won't be able to get an appointment!

Dr West is amazing. She is always very thorough, considering many other ways of treatment besides medication but never ruling out medication either. She is also very nurturing and caring about my health issues.

Dr West always took time with me when she was with UNR. Now that she is with Renown, sometimes it's harder to talk to her. She is busier, but lately things seem to be better. Dr West is a good doctor and she listens to all my issues. I will never stop going to her.
