What else would you like to say about your experience?
Dr. Kelsey was extremely dismissive and refused to listen to me. I would not recommend him to anyone and I will refuse to have another appointment with him in the future.
My day was ruined once I had to deal with Dr. Kelsey.

I always feel like I can be very honest with how I am feeling and always taken seriously and very well heard.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Every staff member I interacted with was kind and personable—the receptionist, the nurse performing the ultrasound, the doctor, the reception on the way out, etc. It was notable to the point that I mentioned to my husband when I was there how impressed I’ve been with the kindness of the staff.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
We waited quite a while to see the doctor after already having been there since much earlier for the ultrasound. We would have loved a shorter wait time since there was nothing concerning to report.

Dr. Kelsey is amazing! I have had 2 miscarriages, and called the clinic with concerns. He got me in SAME DAY to do a bedside ultrasound just to help calm my nerves. The best doctor and truly cares about his patients! So lucky to have him!

All of the staff that we saw were excellent! From the ultrasound, the nurse visit and the doctor visit. Everything was wonderful!
