Kelsey was so sweet, friendly and had a great demeanor. She smiled the entire time and answered all of my questions. She did not rush me. She explained everything and showed me how the customs made my tendonitis thumb support brace. I actually forgot to ask her an important question and I remembered she provided her email. I sent her an email and I believe it was within minutes that I received a detailed response which helped me. She is amazing and beyond professional. I would like to request her to one of your Brooklyn facilities but I understand she works at HSS. She is definitely an asset to HSS. Thank you for allowing me to provide my feedback. Kelsey Hatter is the best! She was my therapist 2 years ago when I broke my elbow and needed surgery. Her compassion and empathy are just wonderful. I returned Tues, Sept 2 with a diagnoses of tennis elbow. She again was so caring and explained everything to me. I would recommend her to anyone!
