Kelly is always there when I need her for my questions and my appointments and really good about returning my requests

It took about 6 months to get an initial appointment to ask screening questions that could have been addressed over the phone. An now I have to wait three more months to start the sleep study. Not very timely care. Also initially, it took a couple of weeks to get a return phone call.

Kelly is great she educates on the importance of using my cpap machine yet did not judge me and make me feel bad when I hadn't used it as ordered. Due to her educating me im making a much better effort to use my cpap correctly. She also helped me obtain a better fitting type of mask when I mentioned the other one was bothering my neck.
