Kelly is always there when I need her for my questions and my appointments and really good about returning my requests

It took about 6 months to get an initial appointment to ask screening questions that could have been addressed over the phone. An now I have to wait three more months to start the sleep study. Not very timely care. Also initially, it took a couple of weeks to get a return phone call.

Kelly is great she educates on the importance of using my cpap machine yet did not judge me and make me feel bad when I hadn't used it as ordered. Due to her educating me im making a much better effort to use my cpap correctly. She also helped me obtain a better fitting type of mask when I mentioned the other one was bothering my neck.

That Kelly heard what I had to say !!! She did everything she could do to help me and she did!!She listened and I was able to get the help I needed. Her and her office along with my Dr helped me get retested for sleep apnea. It took time but not as much as it could have! If you need more of an explanation I can give you one!
