Kelly Sonntag was very knowledgeable about my care plan. She took her time to explain the medication and the affect of the medication. This was my first visit. I felt very comfortable with Kelly. Since I was transferring from a different Healthcare company Kelly was trying very hard to get my file. Thank you for your patience.
