Due to the tremendous amount of rain I was running behind for my appointment. I called and the staff was very understanding and agreed to still see me. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and kindness. I didn't feel rushed or like I was an imposing on their time, despite my lateness.

My family is visiting from Canada and I needed to have [ ] while in Florida to treat a [ ]. The entire team at Cape Coral Hospital was fantastic and went above and beyond to help with my recovery. We have needed to provide forms to our insurer signed by the medical team and we greatly appreciate the quick turnaround to assist us with our insurance claim.
