Doctor Kelly has a very sound approach to problem solving and has good insights to medical issues. He recommended that I get a second opinion from another provider regarding a recommendation made by another cardiology team for cardiotheresic surgery. I 100% trust Doctor Kelly over the cardiotheracic team with whom I spoke previously.
