It impressed me that Dr. McDonnell was so knowledgeable about the cardiac implications with tick borne infections that I too have experienced first hand. She took the time to listen to my concerns which I REALLY appreciated and validated best practices with me.

I was told to make an appt. for a check-up with Dr. McDonnell in 6 months. The earliest appt. I could get is in October, 9 months out. That is inexcusable.

Dr McDonnell is excellent but is stretched too thin with too many patients. SSM needs more staff including doctors.
