Everyone was amazing and kind. The team really listened to my concerns (I suffer from positional vertigo and feared the surgery would trigger an episode) and did everything they could to honor those concerns. My only complaint is that I felt I was being rushed out of recovery to go home because of patient overload. I was still very dizzy and nauseous but kept hearing people say “we have to move her out of here”

Everyone was pleasant on both visits. I did not spend a long time in the waiting rooms nor in the patient rooms. Questions were answered and I nevee felt rushed

Extremely professional staff. I must express my sincere appreciation for the treatment I received from CRNP Kelly Lovell on the day of surgery and during my follow-up appointment yesterday. On both occasions she was very knowledgeable and informative, answering most of my questions before I could ask them! Thank you Ms. Kelly for your care and concern with my health.

I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH ANY MEDICAL TEAM AS I HAVE HAD WITH THIS GROUP. KELLY HAS BEEN A LIFE SAVER AND IS THE REASON I WAS ABLE TO HAVE THE SURGERY LAST MONTH. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WHAT YOU ALL DO AND FOR TAKING SUCH GOOD CARE OF ME!
