Doctor Loftus and her staff are just perfect there is no room for improvement there's nothing more you could do to make the experience any better they're all wonderful the appointments are on time there's not a long wait to see the doctor they're always willing to take your phone calls it's just a wonderful practice I'm so happy there

Very pleased with the office visit. I was seen quickly, and the office visit went well. Dr. Loftus was very thorough going through my history and answered all questions.

All my other doctors are in a different medical system (Penn). I refuse that system’s endocrinologists because Dr. Loftus is straightforward, compassionate, and very clear regarding expectations. Furthermore, some of my Penn doctors know Dr. Loftus by reputation and have said, “You’re with one of the best!” She certainly is. I credit her for helping me see how I can take care myself as a diabetic so I can enjoy my life.

Dr. Loftus is excellent. I just wish that scheduling appointments with her wasn't so challenging. I scheduled my appointment for Nov 24 in May. In July, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and by the time we got to Nov, I was scheduled for radiation therapy at a time that conflicted with my appointment to see Dr. Loftus. Since completing my radiation on schedule was my priority, I called to see if I could swap my appointment time .... all I needed was to move it 45 minutes earlier or later .... and was told, nope. My only option was to reschedule for the end of January. Fortunately, I asked the radiation oncologist if there was flexibility on her end and they happily moved my appointment time on that end. It just seems like they could have done something to help me if they really cared about me.
