I appreciate the time Dr Loftus took to explain my lab results, discuss options for further treatment, and answer my many questions. This quality of care is very important to me. Also, I appreciate that she presents herself and dresses professionally but in an unintimidating way. I feel it makes it easier to communicate with her and trust her.

She always explains everything to me, answers all my questions. Helps me with all my concerns about my medications or health issues. Always let's me talk and always makes sure that I understand why I can't take a certain medication or do other plans that other patients can do. Always shows concern.

I had seen her a year ago complaining of a feeling of choking. She was willing to do the ultrasound. Sure enough my left thyroid had a piece left after surgery many years ago. Long story short, that piece had follicle carcinoma. It was not detected by a needle biopsy or an ultrasound or an MRI. She was the Doctor Who listened to me about choking and my inquiries into whether nodules can grow back. She is the reason that I was able to follow up and get that removed.
