Dr. Loftus is excellent. I just wish that scheduling appointments with her wasn't so challenging. I scheduled my appointment for Nov 24 in May. In July, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and by the time we got to Nov, I was scheduled for radiation therapy at a time that conflicted with my appointment to see Dr. Loftus. Since completing my radiation on schedule was my priority, I called to see if I could swap my appointment time .... all I needed was to move it 45 minutes earlier or later .... and was told, nope. My only option was to reschedule for the end of January. Fortunately, I asked the radiation oncologist if there was flexibility on her end and they happily moved my appointment time on that end. It just seems like they could have done something to help me if they really cared about me.

Dr. Lotus was very professional had a wonderful bedside manner she was sweet kind generous she listened to what I said, she took the time to explain to me what was going on with my health and I would definitely recommend anyone to her as a matter of fact I have two friends that already go to her and they speak very highly of the doctor. The staff was exceptional they were all kind generous if I had a question they were willing to answer it even when I call thank you all to the staff.
