She makes the patient feel at ease during the appointment and makes sure you understand what is being done as she performs her job. I have already referred several people to her who have expressed a need for hearing assistance. Of those people, 2 have already seen her and are extremely pleased with the help she has given.

I would recommend Kelly to anyone who needs an audiogram, whether they are 5 or 85.
