Everyone was kind and courteous. All were knowledgeable in thier respective areas. Kelley, I find to be extremely competent! She is a walking talking book of knowledge on endocrinology!! A very positive experience!

Excellent medical service. Doctor and staff always knowledgeable about past concerns and address how things are presently going. Never feel rushed…they pay attention to present concerns as well! I highly recommend.

I am able to sleep the entire night without needing to wake up to address a blood sugar low. This is a major step forward for me. Just hope that the present trend continues.

Kelli is very knowledgeable and up to date on new diabetes meds and technology. She is caring and supportive to help the patient establish and meet goals to be successful in managing their diabetes. She cares for the patient as a person not just a case.

Kelli is very knowledgeable and up to date with technology. She is able to help with new products and meds. She is interested in my thoughts and feelings. She applauds my successes and is supportive in setting and meeting new goals. Kelli cares about me as a person not just a case. Kelli is an excellent health care provider.

She doesn’t use scare tactics. Instead of scolding you for not doing exactly what she said. She puts you at ease and sees what she can do to help you instead. Understands that all people are different. You can apply pressure to some i,others you can’t. In my book, she’s great. Keep her around I like her.

The office as well run, the staff is helpful in the waiting times are never long. Kelly and Dr maduri her knowledgeable.

Kelli Overway is excellent but I had to leave a message for the phone nurse twice on day one and on my third attempt the next morning the phone nurse answered the phone and listened to my concern.. Later that day I got a message from my Express Scrips pharmacy saying my prescription had been changed and would be refilled through the mail. I never heard back from the phone nurse with an update on my medication… all worked out well but an email or text would have been appreciated.
