Kelli Overway is excellent but I had to leave a message for the phone nurse twice on day one and on my third attempt the next morning the phone nurse answered the phone and listened to my concern.. Later that day I got a message from my Express Scrips pharmacy saying my prescription had been changed and would be refilled through the mail. I never heard back from the phone nurse with an update on my medication… all worked out well but an email or text would have been appreciated.

Care and treatment feels like it’s coming from a trusted family member. The consultations and examinations are thorough and not rushed. Questions from me are encouraged and always addressed to my satisfaction.

They get to the bottom of diabetic needs. If your numbers need to come down and you are struggling they will listen and work with you with care to get you back on track. I was down somewhat depressed because my previous drs said they didn’t know what to do for me anymore and kinda closed the door yet they referred me to this office (Dr. Madduri and staff). Dr Madduri listened to e and understood and studied my diabetic history with care and got me back on track. I understood it wouldn’t be over night success, progressively I felt better and my glucose numbers went down and reciently my A1C is 6.7 the lowest it’s been in 14 years or more.

Kelly is awesome! She really listens. My husband and I see her together. She even helped us put on our cgm. Took her time and didn’t rush us. If I had to wait to see her we don’t mind. That means she is taking her time with someone else. Please keep her we don’t want to switch dr again.

I already tell everyone that I encounter about Kelli and her professionalism. Never has it been so clear how to care for myself and my diabetes. She is truly the best medical professional I have ever seen! 10 out of 10!!!
