Kelli is genuine. She cares about her patients and makes sure that her goals and the patients are in line with each other.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
This was my first visit with Kelli, and she went above and beyond explaining my new onset diabetes. I felt very clueless and she explained things clearly and answered all my questions, and valued my input on changing my meds. I have not gotten results from my bloodwork yet but I'm sure she will call tomorrow with it.

Kelly makes you feel very comfortable. She is very knowledgeable about my needs and helps with different options for medication knowing I am on a budget. I drive from Houghton Lake and she makes the drive worth it. She has put apps on my phone big help.

I Love ❤️ this office, they know me, and I feel they respect me. They really listen they try to solve my problems. Kelli is so down to earth I'm glad she's way younger than because she won't retire before I pass away. Stephanie goes out of her way to help with my meds and ordering. All of the others are so friendly. I am never nervous or anxious when talking to the staff, I feel relaxed and I trust them completely.

It is really important to have a provider and support staff you can talk to and respect your opinions. This staff is the real deal. They go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. They listen and care about the health and well-being of their patients.
