The staff and Kelly are always the perfect providers and I can count on them to manage my diabetes. I've seen a tremendous gain in my kidney function and A1C levels.

Dr.Overway is an excellent endocrinologist! She has helped us immensely with getting me the information and ideas to get [NAME]'s weight down and his a1c in the low 6's! She always listens and explains things perfectly!! Highly would recommend her to anyone needing a sugar Dr. !!

The staff behind the scenes is horrible. When you call in there as a diabetic and you can't get your prescription for your insulin but you get excuses and nobody returns your calls like they say they're going to makes a saftey and health hazard for the patient. The office has never seemed to return calls or get prescriptions and prior authorizations handled in a timely manor. When you go 6 weeks before getting a prescription for your insulin and no one follows thru and returns your call as they say they're would is a disgrace. For the amount of staff I have screen sitting behind closed doors as I walk to the patient room and the conversations you can over hear it's a shame that no one has the time to actually do their jobs and get your prescriptions and insurance coordinated or get your P/A that seems to be held up by the office each time. When I have spoken to the medical companies each time saying can you help get a prescription/a from your dr they won't respond to us. Shameful.

What would you tell family and friends about your experience with this provider?
This was my first visit with Kelli, and she went above and beyond explaining my new onset diabetes. I felt very clueless and she explained things clearly and answered all my questions, and valued my input on changing my meds. I have not gotten results from my bloodwork yet but I'm sure she will call tomorrow with it.

Very happy with Dr Madduri and Kelli. They gave me the tools to get my sugar under control and loose the weight I needed to get down to a 6 A1C.

Kelly makes you feel very comfortable. She is very knowledgeable about my needs and helps with different options for medication knowing I am on a budget. I drive from Houghton Lake and she makes the drive worth it. She has put apps on my phone big help.
