Felt rushed out, was the there for a physical and med check ,had questions about my arthritis that wasn't attended to and no urine test done.

Kelly has been my provider for a long time and she always makes time to sit and listen to any of my concerns. Even on days where she may be running behind, you wouldn’t know that as a patient because she still makes time for you.

Again, I understand the new system but felt more like a number than a person. Lots of looking at the computer trying to figure things out. I’m glad I have seen Kelli for years and know that’s not her normal way. But I still felt like it was very impersonal.
