Everything was very good. However, this new habit of everyone immediately soliciting or surveying is an extra layer of complexity, which is not appreciated by some of us. These things are incessant and annoying, expecially when the person like myself, could be recovering from a medical issue. It is NOT considerate of the patient/customer/consumer. it is not so much the actual survey itself, but the increasing volume of surveys that I am getting from a variety of different sources. Everyone wants my opinion. But so far, I have NO EVIDENCE that anyone is really listening.

Good office. I’ve seen 4 drs there now. All good mi come once a year for a check in and to keep my night time oxygen.

Dr. Yarlagadda is an excellent doctor. Really listens to what you have to say and makes sure you understand wat she explains to you. Seems quite knowledgeable.

From the moment I walked in when Cory took care of checking me in to doing the testing with Tricia, my experience was so wonderful. Cory was fabulous during the check in process and as soon as I stood up from his desk, Tricia was calling me back to run the tests. Trisha explained each test to me and walked me through each test making it very simple. Between the two of them, my experience was as perfect as it could’ve been.

She made my husband and I feel comfortable with my situation as well as understanding it. She was clear in her explanation and answered all of my questions. A very easy person to speak with. Very personable. Outstanding person very definitely hope she stays at Renown.
