This was the first time I called for an appointment and got an appointment tgat very morning. It was the first time having an appt with Ke Li and he was reassuring. His 20 yr old medical assistant was very professional, too. She asked what I came in for and took my [ ]. She preformed her duties so smoothly. A person would think she had been helping patients at least for 5 years. She was well trained.

He was excellent for the first time so met him when my previous primary moved to her next location. The only hiccup we had was when he went to get another doctor. I had another appointment and it took too long (15 + ) minutes without contact. I thoughtvI misunderstood him.

Ke Li was very helpful with my condition. I've has [ ] for 13 years. My last trip to the ER, Dr. Byrd gave me [RX]. And if Dr Li can prescribe that for me. Dr. Li seems to care and that's what people need right now.

Both Dr Lie and his attending physician were excellent. Went above and beyond to take care of me. Felt comfortable with both. Actually have a question. I like Dr. [ ] but I really felt more comfortable with Dr Lie. How would I go about switching Doctors? Have nothing against [ ] at all I just felt a little better with Dr. Lie. Feel free to reach out with any advice. Thank you.

Always thorough, courteous, responds quickly to any questions I may have and shows that he knows my medical history very well.
