He is very positive. He had taken the time to review my case. He explained what needed to be done. Asked me for my input and my questions. I had never had a surgery like this and was extremely nervous. After talking with him I feel much more comfortable with the situation.

Dr Kays seemed very knowledgeable and took the time to show me the MRI and explain why he is recommending ablation.

Dr. Kays spent the time to explain my case and even reached out to his colleagues for answers as needed.
He explained my condition in terms I could understand and offered to contact a former mentor of his to gather more information to assist me in my journey. That is the difference between a capable doctor and a doctor that is both capable and willing to see their patient as a person.

Dr. Kay's was very kind in the hospital. He explained the surgery performed in a manner I could understand. He was patient and reviewed my records before visiting. At the office he took time to answer questions and advise how to proceed.
