I love and appreciate the staff at St Luke’s Smithville. I love that it’s mostly all women, and i feel safer and heard that way, as a woman myself. Kaylee makes me feel heard and helped.

Dr. Shrauger is fantastic! She listens to my concerns and helps me to address them with options. I've been seeing her for about a year, and I appreciate how she follows up.

Kaylee was very kind. I was unable to get child care for my young children and had to bring them with me to my appointment. It was very chaotic but the doctor was very kind and patient. Even though it was hectic I felt like she was truly listening to me and all I had to say and she was just very nice to me and to my children. She made a potentially stressful situation not as stressful as it could be. Very happy to have her as my PCP.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. My appointments start on time. Dr Shrauger is very attentive and answers any questions I have. I would recommend her to anyone.

Including the volunteer at the front desk, the receptionist on the left, the nurse, the doctor and the phlebotomist a few days later. all treated me kindly. The shot experience was good as well as the lab work. Thank you.

My experiences with Dr. Shrauger are exceptional. She is trauma informed and very patient centered. I always feel heard and cared for. Collaborated with rather than told what to do.

I really like my doctor. She is new to me, but she listens to what I say. She asks questions about my response to meds I was taking which led to a better understanding of why it wasn't working as well for me as it could have. She looks me in the face when we talk. She seems to care and encourages me.

Very professional and excellent attention to detail. This is my third female primary care physician. I am 78 and moved a lot in my job. I have had a number of primary care docs and find the ladies attention to detail much superior. I will choose a lady doc every time.

I saw Dr. Shrauger at the Plaza location and then was informed of her moving to Smithville and after looking into switching to another Doctor who would be closer, I decided it was worth the drive to stay with Dr. Shrauger

The staff is kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Shrauger and her MA were fantastic! I'm so glad I chose this practice to manage my health. I wasn't judged for not having a PCP for a decade, instead I was guided back on track. Thank you so much.
