I needed to know if i have a pinched nerve in my neck and back that is causing my headaches. I had a x-ray done in my neck but that doesn't show any nerves. They want me to do physical therapy but my schedule doesn't allow that request.

I definitely felt cared for when I was there and they knew how to manage my medical issue and treat me well. Dr. Steele listened to me and advised me as to how to manage my pain.

Dr Steele was friendly and gave me instructions to seek rehab and a provided me a prescription for my pain. Maura, the x-ray technician was very professional and very nice. She actually struck up a conversation with me. You could tell she is very caring towards the patients.

I was diagnosed as a child with my spine problem. Which I know my spine is curved it's in the way I stand. In the way I have to sleep because of it. To be told I don't. It's seems as tho the image didn't show it. Just cause it wasn't shown does mean I don't have a curve . I've had multiple mri showing I do in fact. I was treated as if it was just arthritis. Given a script of steroids. Told to start physical therapy. That I will only be in more pain. I don't agree with that. Maybe next time ask the patient to bend over and check the old fashion way and it would of been noticed . To tell me im wrong it doesn't exist. When im 100% it does. Makes me not come back. My first appointment and already there's an issue. I know it's a busy place. I get it. It's just not the right place for me especially for this particular situation.

Hi, I really enjoyed coming to see all of the doctors that I had appointments with. Staff was excellent. Everyone was very professional. And it didn't take a long time to see my medical professional. So I will be recommending them to my friends and family. Thank you.

I was taken right in exam room. Doctor came right in. She looked at my records took her time with me. Gave me time to think of any questions I had.

As you probably know. Check out process is horrific at moorestown recon ortho. 5 of us in line with no one at desk at least 5 minutes after I signed log. Longer for those in front of me. Never seen a place with a clip board and wait for check out like recon at Mstown and Medford. Terrible system Drs main focus is the computer in front of her!!! Has to complete predetermined fields obviously before she can truly focus on the patient.

I have a complex case and would really benefit from a main point of contact to help me navigate all of my needs and I hope you have to find that. I am left advocating for myself managing my PTO/disability multiple doctors working on being compliant with disability and the constraints of our healthcare system is definitely challenging.

Dr Steele has always been very helpful. Since I saw her and started medication I have been able to sleep!! So far 4 nights of good rest with no pain waking me or just keep me up. Thankyou Dr Steele.

I feel as though my complaints weren't listened to. I was given the same talk and treatment plan the patient before me was given. How do I know because I heard it through the walls. I was given the same exact treatment plan. I was not helped. I'm in significant pain and I'm seeking treatment to be able to continue working. I've missed significant work days because of the pain and not being able to sit or stand and the pain in my neck and shoulders. I was just referred to physical therapy which I've taken on numerous occasions. The last script given for therapy I didn't complete because therapy is $50 per visit 3 days a week totaling $150 a week. That's almost 1/3 of my paycheck and it's not sustainable. The next issues is seeking the issues with my back and dismissing me saying it's not that bad. Well maybe it's not that bad to her looking at a screen but it extremely bad for me the person experiencing the pain and living within its limits. I will be seeking treatment elsewhere.

I tried to emphasize how much pain I was in, how I am already on Nerve Medication (pregabalin), 8hr Tylenol, Diclofenac, and Tizanidine and they aren't addressing my pain. She wants me to go to Physical Therapy and I am already doing PT at home. I am having trouble sleeping and I am going out of town soon. I wish she would have prescribed an MRI because I can hear the bone on bone as I walk.

The question about whether or not the provider knew about my medical history is not quite relevant since this is the first time i've ever met her. The entire experience with this practice is very positive. From beginning check in to check out, everything was efficient quick and professional.
