While I think that the appointment was helpful in having me resolve my issue, I also feel like a 15-minute appointment could have been done over telehealth instead of having me drive a far distance for such a short appointment. So I would in the future encourage the doctor's office to look at telehealth and offer that as an option for patients.

This was a new physician for me and I was pleased. She seemed to ask all the correct questions and we worked on a plan to eliminate my lower back pain. While the visit was great, the checkout process has a lot to be desired. It's ridiculous to sign in, like you have to at check out, and sit and wait. Where's the confidentiality where I can see everyone's name that is ready to check out. It's antiquated in this day of technology.

I am not returning to this practice. She was rushed. Prescribed me meds before even knowing my issues. And only took X-rays of my back when I said my knee was the worst part. It was a typical experience sending me right to physical therapy. Was noting but a brush off. Won't be returning.

I was referred there after months of PT for sciatica. I have had a previous knee replacement preceded by an L4-L5 laminectomy/discectomy. Many months, and three epidurals later, and I have received no relief. Now I'm being referred to a pain management doctor, to whom I have exactly zero intentions of going. I was led to believe I was already seeing a pain management specialist. My plan moving forward is to eat pain killers until my kidneys explode. I'm so done with "well, this should help." Yeah, the laminectomy/discectomy was supposed to fix "all my issues." I am not a happy camper at all. Everyone at all the Reconstructive Orthopedics has been great to me, but the treatment I have received for my sciatica has done exactly nothing.

Upon listening to the options from Dr. Steele about my condition, I was very surprised to learn that she said that they are an injection facility and just give injections for pain. That's the way I took it. I wasn't comfortable with that and I explained this to her and so I was really confused because I didn't know that at the time. I thought it was a place to come and get help and get assistance and get an amicable solution to my problem and found out it's just an injection site. That's what Dr. Steele said. We are an injection facility. So I was surprised to learn that.

my visit lasted approx. 10 minutes ( I spent more time checking out than I did with doctor). Another individual was in room with doctor (not sure who she was. Asked some questions and then left) Doctor said she had no access to VA medical records and I would need to get disc from MRI done on Aug 28th this year and results. Need to make another appt once I got them from VA. Next appt would decide if phys. therapy or made another appt for surgeon. Dr. Steele then gave me a script for pain medicine to take 3 times a day and it might make me drowsy. Appt. was over and checked out

I felt that the doctor was in a huge rush and fired the same question at me repeatedly. They kept confusing my insurance, and I thought questions were barked at me instead of being asked.

I needed a copy of my x-rays and was told I would have to go to another location. I was then handed a list of virtua locations with no addresses or phone numbers. I went to a location in Moorestown and was informed they didn't burn disc's and had no idea who did. I left and went back home. The next day, looking up addresses and phone numbers and getting nowhere, I called the office in Bordentown and advised them they were the ones that should be giving me address and phone number of an office that would be able to help me. She put me on hold and came back with the information. I'm scheduled to pick up the x-rays today. I'm trying to understand why it was somehow my responsibility as a patient to track down this info. This was a terrible experience. If the staff doesn't want to do their job they should not be in that position. This whole episode is just ridiculous. This needs to be addressed and resolve. Patients should never ever have to track anything down. The staff needs to do their job.

Whenever I left a message with a receptionist it would take 3-5 days for a callback. There was only one time I was able to speak with someone in a timely manner. This concerned medication. The office staff was wonderful.

I thought that the staff members from the time I entered the building to the time I left were fabulous, caring, professional. I felt that Dr. Steele and her nurses were professional and caring, knowledgeable, compassionate, and I really felt like I was in good care and I knew that I was going to get better. I really think highly of Dr. Kayla Steele and her nurses and actually all the staff members that I had met during my visit. Thank you very much. I am very happy and I feel very valued as a patient.
