I really appreciate the ability to make a virtual appointment as it can be hard to find in person appointments that coordinate with my work schedule. Kayla is an amazing caregiver. She listens to concerns, validates your feelings, and offers suggestions and support.

She is kind, understanding and very professional. I can talk with her and she is listening and at the same time looking for ways to attend to me needs. Never had an experience with her team that I felt ignored!! She definitely advocates for her patients!!!

Kayla Garrett is truly one of the best care providers I've ever had. She is caring, respectful, trauma informed, direct and knowledgeable.
I will share some personal details, which I almost never do, in the hope that someone with similar needs is helped by this, because she really is that amazing: I am not a low needs patient. I have a lot of trust issues with doctors and I've been finding it hard to navigate poverty and nuerodivergence in conjuction with finally (with her help) beginning to accept and tackle my lifelong chronic pain/disabilities, and doing it all while being on my own with a limited support network for the first time. She has consistently been so patient, honest and kind with me, even when I make mistakes.
I highly recommend Kayla to anyone who needs trauma-informed supportive care!

Kayla shows genuine care and concern for her patients. She takes my concerns seriously and explains things in a way I can understand. I had lost hope of finding someone who would actually listen to me and help me get well. It was a gift from God that I had a sick visit with Kayla and found someone who listens and treats people with respect.

The providers are excellent from what I have experienced. It’s just once I leave there, II don’t get a response without writing several times or maybe I am supposed to be calling but I did that for assistance with a pharmacy change and I still had to write again for help.
