Had some serious things taken care of by Kayla and she was top notch. The only reason I regret saying that is cause when I’ve given glowing reports in the past next thing I know is they transfer out and I definitely (WOULD’NT) want that to happen here!

Kayla talked to me through how to deal with my new medication’s and lifestyle changes while I am on the new medication‘s in a very clear way.

I had a particularly hard appt with medical issues and Kayla and one of the nurses were so kind and understanding. They stayed with me and talked with me. I’m very grateful.

Kayla Eveland is an amazing provider I would go nowhere else She takes the time to listen to my personal concerns. She is very proactive about your health care. I would suggest her to anyone looking for a good Nurse Practitioner.

No one wants to go to the doctor, so walking in New Concord Family Practice is a blessing because I know they care about me as a person, we are not just names on a folder. I am very thankful for them all!

I truly appreciate Kayla! She is very respectful and thorough. She wants to find the core reason for a problem. I appreciate her willingness to explore what was going on and address the issue with basic treatments and then expand further if no resolution. . Thank you for not just band aiding the issue! The nurses are great and sensitive to you!

Very concerned for what I had going on health wise. It was a very pleasant experience, it was my first time seeing this provider because my usual Dr didn't have an opening., I would use this provider again if my regular Dr is not available! She seems to honestly care about her patients and know what she's doing . A++ rating from me.
