Samantha got right to the point - answered the questions I had right away to my understanding and satisfaction. Reviewed my records, recommended what should be done next regarding medications and scans. I understood and agreed. I felt she was very easy to communicate with. I liked Samantha very much.

With Dr [ ] exit I didn’t feel there was any reason for me to continue my care with Franciscan Health Oncology Olympia Fields, I started looking elsewhere for my care. Samantha Carrey has renewed my option of the Department, she has a great personality, is kind, listens, and truly cares about the health and well being of her patients. Because of Samantha I will continue my care at Franciscan Health. However my opinion of the front office staff still stands, they are some of the rudest staff I have ever come into contact with.

She is new to the facility, my first time visit for her replacement which was Dr [ ]. Whom I placed a lot of confidence in my care when I had breast cancer. But Samantha seems very knowledgeable, personable, with my history.

Samantha Carney took good care of me. I told Samantha my problems and she solved them. I hadn’t seen an oncologist in months. No one explain the pet scan to me but, she did. She also helped me get my chemo meds and cleared up my dental issues. My next appointment was scheduled within a decent amount of time.

She actually listened to the problems I brought up during my appointment as opposed to the physician I have seen at their office for the last two years. However, I did feel that she was somewhat annoyed with me throughout the entire appointment.
