Lisa is excellent. She was able to explain the "bad experience" I had (noted below) to my satisfaction. From there on, the visit went very well. She answered all the questions I had submitted. She also gave me good information that I had not thought of. She is extremely knowledgeable and good at explaining things in plain language. She also Is pleasant and down to earth. I went in to the visit angry, and came out pleasantly satisfied because of her ability to relate. Lisa is an invaluable asset to [staff]'s team.
