9am appointment. Provider was 45 minutes late getting to my room. No apologies. Unable to do complete exam because I had another appointment at 10am.

I totally appreciate her kindness and helping me get to the bottom of my eye problems. She takes time with her patient and very clear explanation of what I need to do. I am planning on switching eye doctors and hoping she will be my new eye doctor for future visits. I can’t say enough about her. She’s very nice and very kind.

Katrina, you listen and you care about my eyes. You got me my drops for nothing and I really appreciate it. Those drops were very expensive otherwise. You showed me another product I could take in the shower, beside the wipes previously prescribed. I appreciate all the good information you direct me to.

Have been seeing her for over ten years and always a positive experience. Was forced to go to another practice for a couple of years because of insurance, sucked up the cost because hated the practice insurance covered and came back
