Katie was amazing! She was thorough and very upfront with the plan. I had sudden sensory hearing loss and while nerve wrecking Katie completely explained in detail what to expect and the treatment plan. She was really great! Made time for my appointments short notice which was great because we had a small window. I couldn’t be happier!
