The lady at the front counter made me wait and while I was waiting she got a call from the back and she told them I was not there yet. I had been there 10 minutes or more and it confused everyone.

There was only one Tech bringing back all patients for every doctor on the second floor. This was the first time I have ever experienced this clinic short staffed. I was about 8 minutes early and from my exact appointment time I waited 20 minutes and went up front to ask what the issue was. I was told lack of staff to bring people back (which I noticed right away) and a lack of rooms for the provider I was seeing.

I was very impressed with being able to get in as fast as I did and very impressed with Dr. Berky and her nurses. The whole facility is nice and and all the front people were nice. I have no complaints at all and I would highly recommend them.

Still waiting for a phone call giving me the prescription medicine Dr. Berky is giving me and a compound drugstore in Lincoln where I can get this. I called Thursday and her nurse was in clinic. It is now Friday night at 8:40 PM and I still don't have the prescription or the location where to get it.

I have been pleased with the care I have received at Ortho NE- I have seen Dr. Buzzell and now Dr. Berky. Both are excellent and I would recommend to anyone. I also had seen Dr. Brethauer in the past and would continue to see him except the fact he has retired. Thanks for the excellent care.

The only thing that might to be looked at is the front desk. They are sometimes not so friendly. Also this is a orthopedic office you have a patient on crutches in a brace, in a boot they don't want to be standing there waiting for a receptionist to call you up to the counter 5/6 minutes later. They need to have a receptionist on back up all the time. Just a thought. Otherwise the doctors are wonderful and I would recommend Ortho Nebraska to anyone and everyone. Thanks

Katie is exceptional. As are her nursing staff, X-ray tech etc. I feel very hopeful and she's also seeing my dad this week and made time to tell him what to do Friday with the walk in clinic to help his pain.

This was my first time in this part of the facility it was very nice, clean the staff were all very nice very considerate. The Nurses were very supportive (I was very very nervous) and they did all they could to reassure me and let me know they were there for me. Dr Berky is a very very nice Dr I was referred to her by a friend and I'm very happy to have her as my Doctor.
