I really like Dr Rice. She listens well to my health concerns. Gives suggestions, advice, explains new medications, asks if I have any questions, encourages me to message her if necessary. I recently asked for X-rays. She responded by visibiliy checking the areas

The provider has a busy caseload. Sometimes she is booked out solidly for a few days in advance until you can get an appointment. Luckily there has been another doctor, Dr. Kevin Do who has been available. He has coordinated with her and has done a good job.
