Excellent provider, highly recommend. The rest of the staff (reception and rooming) is fine, No real complaints, just there doing a job.

Kathryn Hawley was very professional and caring. I felt comfortable talking with her. She listened and acknowledged my feelings.

This was my first appointment with Ms. Hawley. She was compassionate, thorough and made me feel at ease. I especially appreciated her acknowledgement that my appointment was originally scheduled with my oncologist, Yamil Arbaje, and that it had been moved a couple of times. She gave me an explanation for the change and I respected that. As a cancer patient, these annual appointments can be stress inducing and disruptions to expectations are stressful. I would feel comfortable seeing Ms. Hawley again, if Dr. Arbaje wasn't available.
