I think your entire operation at Southeast is outstanding. This is only the second time I have used Immediate Care and have been pleasantly surprised both times. I was called in very quickly, taken very quickly and both the nurse, Jose and the PA, Katie were exceptional. I thank them for their excellent care.

Everyone is very professional and it is so convenient that you can make an appointment online and wait at home until it is your turn and then wait for the phone call to come over for your appointment. I would highly recommend this office. [ ]

I found outstanding the fact that the provider called me personally to report the results of a [ ]. I didn't have to wend my way through a portal! She was friendly and clear and unhurried on the phone. That's a rare experience these days. I was grateful for it.

My total experience at NCH Medical was outstanding.. Kathryn Kirk was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. All of her assistants and the receptionist were kind and patient. EXCELLENT SERVICE !

Dr. Kirk and everyone at the NCH immediate care office were amazing. Everyone was friendly and caring and in good spirits. Seeing your medical providers smile and laugh while working with each other and myself made the sad trip there with a [ ] much less depressing. Haha I used to go to [ ] but for any future [ ] needs I’ll be returning to NCH immediate care on Vanderbilt simply because the staff were so excellent!

Everybody was professional and caring, I liked the call in for an appointment, and then come in when the office is ready instead of waiting in the waiting room Katheryn Kirk explained her diagnosis , her recommended treatment plan, and what to watch for if my condition changed. She took time for us to ask any questions.
