I've been there twice, and will always use that [ ]. The appointment wait time was given upfront and was accurate, so I could time my arrival and not wait too long. The staff, from receptionists to aides and nurses were excellent, professional and very friendly, and the doctor was excellent.

It was my first visit to Bonita Springs Immediate Care Center. I went to be evaluated for a [ ]. After running tests I was diagnosed with the [ ] . I was very impressed with the entire staff.

Not only did they give us time to address our concerns but they actually listened and acted on them. Extremely professional and attentive to health concerns and other conditions that could be adversely affected by the immediate reason for the visit.

We live nearby. NCH Lely streamlines the process with appointment calls starting at 9:30 to get you on the list. You want at home. They let you know when to come in for your appointment time and you are typically in and out within an hour. I witnessed other people coming into this location and not being nice to staff because they couldn�t just be seen right away. I feel the staff needs more respect from the customers. Multiple instances I witnessed where patience walking in or were scene were not respectful on my most recent visit. These patience were looking around trying to get others agitated which is unfair. I was glad to see the service rep have such composure with all these people and being patient and kind on the phone. Hats off to NCH Lely. Appreciate your medical support.

The nurse practitioner, Kathy Kirk was Par excellence as far as healthcare goes. She was kind, took her time, thorough, gentle, however, your system needs some work. When I tried to call her back, they kept trying to connect me to the [ ] and I spent 15 minutes with that endeavor.

I think your entire operation at Southeast is outstanding. This is only the second time I have used Immediate Care and have been pleasantly surprised both times. I was called in very quickly, taken very quickly and both the nurse, Jose and the PA, Katie were exceptional. I thank them for their excellent care.

Everyone is very professional and it is so convenient that you can make an appointment online and wait at home until it is your turn and then wait for the phone call to come over for your appointment. I would highly recommend this office. [ ]
