I had an excellent experience at NCH Immediate of Ave Maria. From the moment I [ ], the staff was kind, welcoming, and efficient. The front desk made the check-in process quick and easy, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The medical team was outstanding. The nurses, Christy and Zoe, were gentle and attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns. The provider, Kathryn Kirk, was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. She explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. I truly felt like they cared about my well-being, not just rushing through the visit. The facility was clean, well-organized, and had a calming atmosphere, which helped [ ] of being [ ]. I left feeling confident in the care I received and grateful for their professionalism and compassion. Highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of prompt, high-quality medical attention
