I was late for my appointment due to confusion in how I entered the time in my personal calendar. (I think I inadvertently picked up the time of a prior appt). Yet the provider was flexible and understanding about the delay and was able to work me into her schedule without undue difficulty, or at least hid the difficulty from me. I was embarrassed to be late and much appreciated her graciousness.

She listened to be well although she is not a cornea specialist and couldn't give specific info on my cornea problem, she helped in all the areas she could and took the time to answer my questions and made sure I have good measures to take in the meantime while I wait for the cornea specialist
