She was extremely professional explain things the way I could understand how treated me with respect was very pleasant and friendly I will go back to her for any other issues I might be having because of the respect and no loss of dignity with the exam I can't speak highly enough with her bedside manner it's fantastic

She really shows that she cares about sabrina. Her staff had the attitude of we have to enforce rules instead of let's find a compromise around them
