My son and I were checked in and left waiting for an hour without receiving any information; had we kept waiting, the medical staff wouldn't even have told me that the doctor was already fully booked. It was disrespectful to us and to our time.

[Name]'s appointment was at 10:00 am and we arrived at 9:00 am. We were seen within 10 minutes after completing paperwork. The visit was thorough and we were leaving at 10:00 am. Truly thankful. Excellence!!!
