She always genuinely cares about how I’m feeling and connect with me about something that has nothing to do with doc/patient stuff (like our mutual love of The Dixie Chicks) and while that seems like something small, those kinds of moments are priceless because they create a sense of calm and normalcy amongst the anxiety and nervousness during treatment.
