I appreciate the positive and calm attitude of K. Kerr and the staff. I was listened to, heard, respected and felt very well cared for. My only concern was the need to make an early morning drive to Howell rather than find a few minutes in the Ann Arbor practice. My follow up also had to be in Howell as all Ann Arbor appoints are booked

Both of the appointments I had with this doctor were video calls so I feel that it’s harder to connect personally with someone on this type of an appointment. She seems very knowledgeable and nice. Perhaps next time I will try an in person appointment.
