The entire experience was excellent. However the amount of time it took to get an appointment and the glitches with the referral process were unacceptable.

Dr. Holland's medical assistants and office staff are wonderful. Dr. Holland is wonderful herself. They always make sure they take care of everything needed or requested within a timely matter. And we always feel welcome and excited to be in the office.

Dr. Holland and her staff are always amazing to my daughter and myself every time we come in. We've even come in with her siblings before, and they've been just as inviting to them. They are always really thorough with everything they do. They're punctual. Dr. Holland has so much knowledge. It's mind-blowing, and she has been the most helpful provider I have had in this 11-year journey with my daughter. I'm so grateful you guys have her there. She's literally a blessing to my family.

The physician involved me closely in my son's care plan and really listened to me. She was very considerate of his age in his care planning and was very thorough with looking at his labs and overall health.

[ ] is scared of going to the doctorand gets very anxious about foods and eating. Dr Holland Is very good at listening what [ ] has to say as well as reading body language. She encourages questions and give very clear honest answers. She offers [ ] choices when possible, this increases her confidence and tells her she has control over her care, and her feelings matter. When when [ ] doesn't necessarily have a choice in a madder. Doctor explain things thoroughly so she understands why and then offers her some options about how. The thing will happen such as trying new foods or taking medicine. Again this increases her confidence, lessens her Anxious and helpless feelings associated with going to the doctor, Gives her a better understanding of the big picture, And allows her some control.

Dr. Holland is a wonderful doctor, very caring and involves my child when making medical decisions. Excellent bedside manner and my daughter adores her. She is active in trying to fix any medical problems and doesn't dismiss anything I want to talk about.
