As with all medical clinics at UAB, the quality of care outperforms the "business" of the appointment. Wait was 90 minutes for 10 minutes with the dr.

I got no help with recent complications and I needed a couple things done which didn't happen due to my name not being on a list even though I waited over 3 hours after my original consultation/check up. My doctor is great when we're able to get tests done since none we're done we have no clue what is changing.

Easy check-in & was taken to exam room quickly. Very short wait in exam room for Nurse and Dr. Grisanti was quick to see me as well. She was thorough and appreciate her help finding a medication that fit my insurance needs & budget.
The office location is very convenient as well.

This was my very first visit....... I was impressed with the speed of how things moved along......nurse got me processed in quickly, she was very nice and professional.

The visit was ok; nothing remarkable noted. There was very little information given concerning my condition. The facility was clean and easy to navigate, and the staff were polite and professional.
