Dr. Coakley and her team have been amazing! I feel that they have gone above and beyond in their care. While in the hospital, Dr. Coakley and her staff checked in on me frequently and made sure that I was okay. Follow up visits have been easy. Her office staff is pleasant and welcoming. I have never waited for more than 2 minutes when arriving for an appointment. I have been extremely happy with the care that I received.

Everybody was very friendly from the moment I arrived, and I really appreciate Dr. Coakley's time and commitment that she gave to me for better understanding what's going on with my health. She has a wonderful bedside manner, and she's very open to listening to what I have to say and provide feedback. She was wonderful.

I was able to get an appointment very quickly and had a most satisfactory visit with Dr. Coakley. She remembered me from surgery two years ago and was prepared for this visit. I was very, very satisfied.

My appt lasted all of 10 minutes and I was in the office for over an hour. I received a very late apology for the "wait" from only the doctor. While the staff was not rude, my experience and wait time was not great, I was 2 minutes from walking out before the doc came in. Very annoyed.
