Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Kathleen was open and asked questions and listened to my answers. She told me what tests she was ordering and why. Made sure I understood what was expected of me and in addition provided written directions on next steps. She told me I was not in A-fib but had concerns about my heart. That's the reason for the follow up tests. Very happy with the openness of Kathleen and her willingness to explore further options which has not been true of some of the Doctors.
What could have been done to improve your experience?
Overall this visit was excellent. I felt heard and follow up is scheduled.

Kathleen explained everything about my mother's condition in a clear and straightforward manner. My mother had been worrying about her condition, but Kathleen's manner and answers put her mind at ease.

Kathleen Wohldman was friendly, sensitive, clear in her communications, took an adequate amount of time to thoroughly explain both the near-term care plan and longer-term outlook. Lastly, I sensed that had a genuine concern.

The care I received from Kathleen is nothing but kindness and care for my health. She goes out of her way to care for all your health needs. I can’t imagine there was a Dr office this caring. Everyone in this office is amazing.

My father had passed away on Thanksgiving day and she took the time to make sure that I was doing OK with the grieving process. Which meant a lot to me.

Kathleen was very informative and explained everything well. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. She printed out information and gave me to read regarding my results. Kathleen even took the time to walk me up to front desk to make my follow up appointment. She even shook my and my husband hand before she left.
